• Personal Use: Resizing family photos, travel snapshots, social media avatars, and personal documents.
• Commercial Use: Optimizing corporate websites, preparing client photography galleries, e-commerce product imagery (Amazon, Shopify), marketing graphics, and software development assets.
• Educational & Administrative Use: Sizing official passport, visa, exam, and government portal submissions.

There are no fees, subscriptions, or volume limitations. The service is provided entirely free of charge.

3. Intellectual Property & User Content

User Content: You retain complete ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights over any images, vectors, or graphics you load into the tool. Because images are processed in your browser memory and never uploaded to our servers, we have no access to your files and assert no claims whatsoever over your work.

Service Intellectual Property: The Website interface, visual branding, logos, layout, styling, and client-side optimization scripts are the exclusive intellectual property of onlineimgresizer.com and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• To distribute malicious code, viruses, trojans, or exploit browser vulnerabilities.
• To engage in automated scraping or denial-of-service (DoS) attacks against our web delivery infrastructure.
• To reverse-engineer, frame, or resell the service without express written authorization.

5. Client-Side Processing & Device Performance

Because processing occurs directly inside your web browser using HTML5 Canvas and Web Workers, computational speed and memory usage depend entirely on your device hardware (CPU, RAM, GPU) and browser specifications.

When resizing hundreds of 50MB+ raw files simultaneously, your browser may experience temporary high CPU or memory utilization. While our engine is optimized to prevent memory leaks, you are responsible for ensuring your hardware can accommodate large batch workloads.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY.
